Mike oversees contracts in Northeast Ohio, with a variety of responsibilities that include reviewing, negotiating, and executing agreements to promote the company's interests. He collaborates with our skilled operations group, and their efforts help us make adjustments within the organization to improve processes and output.
Mike enjoys working with his team to provide solutions for customers and team members while learning from past and future projects.
Expertise
Mike started his career in fire protection in 1999 with Grinnell Fire in Detroit. He was a Sprinkler Fitter Apprentice for Local 704 and spent 13 years in the field before being promoted to Field Superintendent. He spent the next 11 years learning the operations process, including project management and sales.
Mike joined S.A. Comunale in 2023 as a Senior Project Manager and was promoted to Northeast Ohio Contracting Manager in 2024.
He is NICET-certified in inspection, testing, and water-based layout, and has an associate’s degree in construction supervision from Washtenaw Community College.

Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, as well as cycling and working out at the gym.
