She enjoys the daily challenges and opportunities, as well as providing new team members with an overview of national accounts processes. She stresses continual improvement and analyzes details to determine the most efficient method to reach the team’s end goal.

Heather joined S.A. Comunale in 2020 as a Customer Relations Manager in the national accounts department and was promoted to Division Manager in 2023.
Before joining S.A. Comunale, she developed experience leading customer service teams of various sizes, ranging from 20 to 120 members. This background instilled in her a deep understanding of customer care and operational excellence.
Heather attended Kent State University Stark, where she studied business management.

Heather’s priority is family time, which often includes planning game nights, watching sporting events, exploring new destinations, and visiting casinos.
