Jim oversees our branches in eastern Pennsylvania, providing leadership, optimizing efficiency, and driving profitability. He is proud to be a part of one of the largest sprinkler contractors in the country and enjoys managing large-scale projects, collaborating with team members, and being a problem solver.  

Expertise

Jim started his career as an apprentice in Local Union 669, completing his apprenticeship early and becoming a Journeyman in 2001. He worked as a Service and Contract Foreman for a mechanical contractor, then transitioned to working in the office for a prominent fire protection company, where he took on sales and project management. In 2006, he was responsible for opening a new branch office in Harrisburg for that company, which quickly expanded and became one of their most profitable. 

The company was sold in 2015, and Jim joined S.A. Comunale to help open our Harrisburg branch. In early 2024, he was promoted to Regional Branch Manager, merging the resources of the Reading and Harrisburg offices. He became Vice President for Eastern Pennsylvania in early 2025.

The Personal Side

Jim has two children, a son and a daughter, who are both involved in the sprinkler industry. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and hunting.
