Ricky manages our inspection operations, helping ensure compliance with regulations and compliance standards, supervises the inspections team, and implements process improvements in an effort to increase efficiency and quality. He is also involved in training and employee development, enjoying the opportunity to teach the next generation of fire protection professionals.
Expertise
In 2011, Ricky began his career in the construction industry as a Sprinkler Apprentice and transitioned into inspections the following year. In 2019, Ricky came to S.A. Comunale as an Inspector for our Marion branch. Two years later, he was promoted to a regional manager role in Columbus and transitioned to the corporate office in early 2022. In 2025, he became Inspection Operations Manager.
The Personal Side
Ricky spends his free time watching and coaching sports for his three sons, as well as playing golf with his wife.
