Ken manages and leads our field operations, helping ensure efficient, on-time, and on-budget project execution. He takes a team-centered approach to his work, striving to turn challenges into successes for the company.
Throughout the years, Ken has been involved in developing our employee training program and particularly enjoys opportunities to mentor team members and help them grow.
Expertise
Ken joined S.A. Comunale in 1987 and began the Local Union 669 apprenticeship program the following year. Over the years, he was promoted to a foreman position and ran jobs of varying sizes.
In 2007, he started our boot camp for apprentice training, and a few years later, transitioned to an office role. He has been central in helping our organization grow into the powerhouse it is today and in helping us develop a rich company culture.
Ken attended the University of Akron, Kent State University, and Penn State University.
The Personal Side
Ken has been married for over four decades. He and his wife have three children and six grandchildren. He spends his spare time with his family, creating memories together.
