Joe oversees daily operations for our residential sprinkler division. His responsibilities include estimating and budgeting for new projects, project management, labor scheduling, project financials, maintaining relationships with the current customer base, and building new relationships.

Expertise

Joe began his career in the fire sprinkler industry just before graduating from high school in 1998. He was employed as a full-time Sprinkler Fitter until 2009, when he was trained in project management and estimating. He then split his time between office and field work until 2014, when he became a full-time Estimator and Project Manager.  

In 2017, Joe joined S.A. Comunale as a Project Manager. In 2019, he began helping us develop a vision for our residential division and spent the next six years building this part of our business, estimating new residential projects, and onboarding team members to the process. The residential division was officially formed in 2025 and continues to grow steadily today. 

The Personal Side

Joe spends his free time with his family, including his granddaughter. He also enjoys attending bible study, playing and collecting guitars, and traveling.
